Responsibilities

Develop and maintain IIoT / Industry 4.0 systems to connect data from machines, PLCs, and sensors to centralized platforms.
Design and implement machine connectivity, data collection, and real-time monitoring systems.
Develop and maintain production, OEE, downtime, and energy monitoring dashboards to support management decision-making.
Analyze manufacturing data to identify downtime, bottlenecks, and process losses, and propose improvement actions.
Integrate IIoT systems with MES, ERP, and other manufacturing systems.
Develop and enhance automated reporting systems to reduce manual work.
Support Lean, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities using IIoT data.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, IT/OT, and Engineering teams to drive Smart Factory initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and data security within IIoT platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in IIoT, Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, or Manufacturing Digitalization projects.
Knowledge of PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley) and industrial automation.
Experience with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT.
Programming skills in Python, C#, JavaScript, or related languages.
Knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) and data management.
Experience in dashboard and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, or web-based dashboards).
Basic knowledge of industrial networks and IT/OT integration.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
