1. A. Quality Control Supervision
• Lead and supervise QC inspectors in daily inspection and testing activities.
• Ensure consistent application of inspection standards and procedures.
• Schedule and monitor QC coverage across production shifts.
2. B. Inspection and Documentation
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to company procedures.
• Verify measurement tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Review and approve inspection reports, checklists, and quality records.
• Manage nonconforming materials and ensure proper handling, tagging, and recording.
3. C. Quality System Compliance
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 or other customer-specific quality requirements.
• Support quality audits (internal, external, and customer).
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation control within QC activities.
4. D. Problem Solving and Improvement
• Participate in root cause analysis and CAPA investigations.
• Identify recurring quality problems and lead improvement actions.
• Work with production and engineering teams to implement preventive measures.
5. E. Reporting and Communication
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Communicate quality performance, defect trends, and corrective actions to management.
• Ensure timely escalation of major quality issues.
