Job Description:
• Follow up ACS’s policy in business to provide effective ongoing practice.
• Prepare account reconciliations and process resulting paperwork.
• Document cost reduction report and create overview and supplementary reports.
• Monitor inventory balance reporting and associated costs and analyze inventory obsolescence.
• Monitor the manufacturing process and associated costs and continuous improvement.
• Monitoring of production cost and explanation of variances vs standard and last year.
• Establishment of standard production costs per model and per work center.
• Update process and procedures as changes occur.
• Support monthly Reporting to Management and other stakeholders of the entity
• Support Budget to Management and other stakeholders of the entity.
• Preparation of information to support strategic decision-making including support for the analysis of new business and opportunities.
• Analysis of KPI’s margins, profitability and deviations of the BU.
• Coordinate to determine the selling price of Inside and Parts.
• Provide recommendations for improving store warehouse.
• Ensure control of fixed costs and analysis of deviations.
• Support activities that are set up in the organization, such as 5S, safety, quality management system, ISO9001 and ISO14001 or others in the future.
• Work as assigned by supervisor. Or the rules and regulations of the organization.
