🔹 Job Description
To support medical, operational, financial, and marketing decision-making by analyzing healthcare data, including patient information, financial performance, service quality, and operational efficiency across hospital functions.
1. Analyze hospital data across key domains, including:
OPD / IPD, Appointment Scheduling, Billing & Revenue, Insurance & Claims
2. Design and maintain KPI dashboards, such as:
Patient Volume & Case Mix, Revenue by Payor / Insurance Type, Patient Churn & Retention, Physician / Doctor Utilization
Turnaround Time (TAT & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
3. Develop and manage healthcare data models, including:
Patient Visit / Encounter, Orders & Procedures, Claims & Billing Data
4. Support Quality Management, Compliance, and Accreditation activities (e.g. JCI, ISO, Risk Management, Internal Audit).
5. Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights for: Hospital Management
Executives, Strategic Business Units (SBUs)
6. Collaborate in designing and maintaining: Data Governance Framework, Data Dictionary and Standard Definitions
