• Design digital media for Facebook, YouTube, websites, and other platforms based on assigned briefs.
• Adapt design formats to suit each platform while maintaining brand consistency.
• Apply skills in color, typography, composition, illustration, or photography to produce high-quality work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within the timeline.
• Review and finalize graphic assets and layouts to ensure accuracy before publishing.
• Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to develop ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Provide design recommendations or creative direction to the team when needed.
• Work within an Agile/Scrum workflow, update progress in sprints, take ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Adapt to feedback and continuously improve design quality.
