• Act as an HR Professional by delivering high-quality Compensation & Benefits and payroll services that support business operations and workforce effectiveness.
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process with a strong service mindset, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance, including time attendance validation, employee lifecycle changes (new joiners, resignations, terminations), overtime, and related payroll activities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and line managers on payroll, benefits, and HR service matters, providing clear, professional, and timely support.
• Oversee employee relations and staff welfare matters with fairness, empathy, and alignment to company policies and labor regulations.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of statutory and government-related submissions, including Social Security, Workmen’s Compensation, and other required reports.
• Provide responsive HR services related to personal and confidential employee information upon request, such as bank certificates, visa letters, employment confirmations, and other official documents.
• Continuously improve HR processes and service delivery, ensuring HR solutions are delivered with the right quality, at the right cost, and at the right time, in alignment with business needs.
