Basic Requirements

Full Time

7 - 15 Year

Bangkok and its Vicinity

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

40,000 - 80,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

• Design and develop wire harness layouts for LCV products.

• Supervise, support, and guide junior engineers, including reviewing and approving their work.

• Manage assigned tasks in compliance with 5S, company regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in wiring harness–related work.

• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring harnesses and electrical circuits.

• Proven skills in wire harness design and wire harness layout design.

• Ability to communicate in Japanese (JLPT N3 level is preferred).

• Supervisory and team leadership skills.

• Productive team player with good time management skills.

• Competency in 3D drawing/design tools.

• Ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency while managing multiple priorities.

• Excellent collaboration skills with the capacity to work independently when needed.
