QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Completion of primary education is required.
(2) Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of professional truck or heavy vehicle driving experience is required. In addition to one (1) year of experience in manual labor or warehouse work is required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested.)
• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Limited knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 400, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills: (This may be tested.)
• Must be able to handle heavy objects smoothly and efficiently.
• Must be able to able to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. (23kg) under OSHA standards.
• Ability to detect vehicle defects and report them immediately to authorities concerned.
• Must hold a valid and legally obtained light or heavy vehicle driver’s license (whichever is applicable to local requirements). Must submit a valid, current private or public truck driver’s license class2. Must have had a valid private car driver’s license for a minimum of five (5) years.
(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)
• Good working knowledge of warehouse operations, procedures.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Knowledge of in-country travel routes and areas is required.
