2. Strong understanding of the business development process for residential solar PV projects in Thailand. Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate with clients to develop business and product strategies for growth.
3. Coordinate all technical activities related to customer and project success by leveraging in-depth product/system knowledge and applying it to customer solutions.
4. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
5. Drive continuous improvement within the sales organization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement channel policies for partners, mediate conflicts, and ensure policy enforcement.
1. Bachelor’s degree, experience in solar solution & inverter products or related technical knowledge.
2. Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in solar product sales within the PV industry.
3. Business development expertise with strong negotiation skills, excellent customer relationship management, and adaptability to highly volatile and demanding markets.
4. Fluency in Thai & Chinese, or Thai & English is required.
5. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
6. Team player with a proactive, driven, and results-oriented attitude.
