Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on labor law, employment matters, and business-related regulations.
Ensure company compliance with labor laws, commercial laws, and applicable regulations.
Advise on employment contracts, work rules, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Support labor relations cases, disputes, and coordination with labor authorities.
Monitor legal and regulatory changes and assess impacts on company policies.
Support litigation and coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants.
Identify legal risks and recommend preventive and compliance measures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law
Strong knowledge of labor law and business-related laws
Experience in employment law, contract law, or corporate legal matters
Licensed lawyer is an advantage
Legal analysis and interpretation skills
Strong communication and advisory skills
High confidentiality and ethical standards
