Responsibilities

All- round IT Hardware and a Multitude of Systems and office employee support in an International environment and 24/7 Insurance Assistance Center in Bangkok.

1. IT support

Provide daily solutions for local IT issues (login problems, hardware malfunctions, etc.)
Proceed with requests received via Tickets (new users/deactivation of users, new systems configuration, etc)

2. Assets Management: Mobile telephony

Manage and order devices and SIM cards
Provide support for device setup and installation
Adapt data limits, roaming settings, etc.
Maintain an updated inventory

3. Assets Management: Computers & Accessories

Set up and install hardware (NUCs, Laptops, IP Phones, etc.)
Replace hardware accessories as needed (Mouse, Keyboard, Monitors, Headsets, etc.)
Troubleshoot hardware issues
Maintain an updated inventory for all offices (InTune)
Liaise with hardware suppliers
Manage the lifecycle of devices (ordering/retiring)

4. General Support

- Monitor the Ticketing system

Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related fields.

- Minimum 2-3 years in IT Help Desk in an International environment preferred, IT Support or related fields, desirable experience with Microsoft RDP, MS 365, Microsoft operating systems, Genesys, web-portal systems, Ticket System

- Proven working experience in a corporate environment of: Server equipment (switches, firewalls, door and other systems., networking, cabling), NUCs/laptops/computer/monitors workstations

Language Skills:

- Thai (native)

- English (Bilingual or High Advance)
