Develop new products and improve existing products, including conducting research and testing on product concepts to commercialization.
Conduct the necessary test to ensure product quality, stability and and shelf life before marketed.
Propose product prototype according to marketing requirement.
Conduct production trial run to ensure in production capability and product specification.
Manage research in compliance with product requirement and food law & regulation, including preparation of supporting documentation for product export.
Support in managing overall project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
Involve in trouble shooting for R&D related production and quality issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in research and development, product development in snack or confectionary or rice cracker manufacturing.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP standard, all food's regulations of Thailand and other countries.
Experience in product formulation, trials, and scale-up processes.
Good project management and cross-function collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in Samut Prakan and willing to relocate if necessary.
