ลักษณะงาน:
1. ขยายและทำการตลาดอย่างต่อเนื่องสำหรับลูกค้า SME และ Commercial (ยอดขาย 500 - 2,000 ลบ.) ในอุตสาหกรรมที่มีการเติบโต โดยให้การสนับสนุนสินเชื่อทั้ง Working Capital, Project Finance และ Trade Finance
2. ดูแลและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าแบบ One Stop Service ให้คำแนะนำและเป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับลูกค้าในการทำธุรกิจและบริการทางด้านการเงิน
3. บริหารกระบวนการสินเชื่อต่างๆ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เช่น การรวบรวมข้อมูลและเอกสารจากลูกค้า วิเคราะห์ความสามารถในการชำระหนี้ และการ Structure วงเงินให้เหมาะสม รวมถึงการนำเสนอขอสินเชื่อได้
4. Monitoring ลูกค้าและติดตามการชำระหนี้ เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เป็นหนี้ที่มีปัญหา
คุณสมบัติ:
1. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท สาขาการเงิน การธนาคาร, เศรษฐศาสตร์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านเจ้าหน้าที่สินเชื่อและเจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์สินเชื่ออย่างน้อย 5 ปี
3. มีความรู้ทางด้านผลิตภัณฑ์สินเชื่อ กฎหมาย กฎระเบียบต่างๆ ของธนาคาร
4. มีความเข้าใจในธุรกิจของลูกค้า และมีความสามารถวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงของธุรกิจต่างๆ
5. มีความสามารถในการวางแผนการทำงาน แก้ไขปัญหาและตัดสินใจได้ดี
6. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรอง และการให้ความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานได้ดี
7. มีทักษะในการพูด อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้
