Sithiporn Associates Co., Ltd.For Training Development Responsibilities:
- Conducting job evaluation surveys
- Liaising with department head and interviewing involved person to identify and assess training and development needs
- Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
- Compiling and presenting information
- Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs or schemes
- Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
- Designing and assessing training programs.
- Conducting performance management, employee engagement.
- Attracting media to promote course or related task through proper channels.
- Ensuring HR policies and practices are up to date and complied with the standard systems (ISO9001).
- Prepare testing, surveys, reports and presentations on HR-related metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, Management, or related field.
- 3-8 years’ direct experience in OD, HRD, training, Recruitment, Science is advantage
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources Development tools and activity management.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA, VDO editing Program
- Good Interpersonal skill, communication and relationship building
- Creative thinking, can-do attitude, interpersonal skills, service-minded and Team working.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Computer literacy.
