Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives and target
  • Expand customer base in responsible area and increase product line in current accounts
  • Visit customers and prospects with Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager and/or Business Manager to develop and maintain good relation
  • Provide technical information to customers, for example introducing newly developed techniques or practices for using the company’s products
  • Provides Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager and/or Business Manager with regular feedback on trends, product reputation, competitive activity and customer satisfaction
  • Advises on use of application of products
  • Prepares sales forecasts
  • Update CRM with visit reports and Pipeline for NBD
  • Monitoring and analyzing competitor activities in the market
  • Co-ordinates with Customer Service team
  • Co-ordinates promotional activities
  • Take care of the customer’s problems, issued and requests and either directly solve or pass them on to the responsible function for their resolution
  • Ensure proper follow-up to the customer’s requests
  • Follows up closely on customer reactions or needs
  • Ensure back-up activities on territories assigned
  • Do assigned-jobs as required by Senior Sale Executive and/or Sales Manager and/or Regional Sales Manager and/or Business Manager

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related field, and MBA would be a plus
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Technical Sales with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Masterbatch or Pigments or Polymer Industry
  • Good personality
  • Dynamism, self-motivation, problem solving skill, human relationship, service mind and professional approach with coordination skills is a must
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skill, specifically in both spoken and written English
  • Be able to work independently and good abilities in business and competitor analysis skill
  • Goal, business and result orientation
  • Computer literate with presentation skill
  • Own car with driving license
