1. Lead testing technician team for all testing jobs.
2. Prepare test procedure following customer requirement standard
3. Product preparation for customer visit
4. Test the product correctly with customer's specification.
5. Prepare test report and review
6. Record and maintain test environment and test equipment
7. Support customer or inspectors during their inspection period
8. Design and coordinate to make testing jig and fixtures for testing
9. Implement and maintain the testing instruction and machine instruction document
10. Support internal testing works.
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Perform product testing and measurement according to test requirement and procedure
2. Product and Testing jig and fixtures design & preparation before customer's ex-factory inspection
3. Record and maintain of testing and measurement result for the purpose of traceability
4. Prepare and review test report before submit to the Senior Testing Engineer or Testing Manager
5. Interact with customer for product testing and measurement, and support them for their activities during the inspection period.
6. Active working with internal team for getting the samples for testing
7. Coordinate with the others department when the testing does not conform to any customer's specification
8. Investigate current test environment and test equipment which are needed for improvement
9. Implement and maintain Testing instruction and testing machine application procedure for all testing equipment in the laboratory
10. Support internal team for testing works, Ex. QA, FAI, NPD, etc.
11. Test report document and database handling
12. Others, as per assignment from Senior Testing Engineer and Testing Manager
