Responsibilities

Key Highlight:

Ensure that clear policies and procedures are established, implemented, and understood by all stakeholders
Ensure process documentation is updated frequently to reflect current standard operating procedures
Accountable for identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives that transform and streamline the end-to-end process and drive efficiencies and / or higher performance level
Support Accounting Manager to deliver accurate and timely financial reports

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounting Team mainly GL related
Perform month-end closing results, identify issues, analyze and evaluate monthly results against budget, forecast, and prior period
Support internal auditor, external auditor or tax agent upon request
Implement to team in terms of knowledge to meet the finance and accounting standard requirements and tax laws
Ensure that the financial and accounting process align with Thai Acounting standards, taxes, and the relevant rules & regulations
Be responsible to process any GL reporting and answer for the queries
Initiatives on continuous process improvement or other duties as assigned
Details oriented and well organized and Strong analytical, problem solving
Good presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
Able to work under pressure

Requirements

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance and/or Business administration
At least 7-year of experience in Accounting, Controller or related role
Experience in MS dynamic and ERP implementation will be advantage
Leadership and people management skills
Intermediate computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written in English
