Legal And Compliance Officer

• Create, review, monitor and updates rules and regulations regarding the company's business to complied with the law
• Provide legal advisory and counseling
• Create, review contact terms or Agreement and attached document to complied with the law
• Update the new Thai legal which involved with operation the company.
• Contact the concerned government department for obtaining and submit legal document and other relevant document
• Support Compliance activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Laws or related field (GPA 2.3 up)
• Possession of a lawyer’s license is an advantage
• 2-5 years in experience of Corporate Laws
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret laws accurately
• Excellent communication, coordination, and legal advisory skills
• Experience in organizing legal or compliance training/activities for employees will be an advantage
