Responsibilities

Job Summary:

As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing our company-wide training programs. You will be responsible for managing training logistics, creating engaging learning materials, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all development initiatives. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for helping others grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to organize and schedule training sessions in line with the annual training plan.
Develop and prepare training materials, including presentations, documents, and multimedia content.
Create and edit video content and other digital learning materials to support our training programs.
Act as a content creator, designing engaging and effective instructional materials and communication.
Manage all logistical aspects of training events, including venue setup, materials distribution, and attendee coordination.
Compile and summarize training feedback and conduct follow-up assessments to measure the effectiveness of the programs.
Track and manage all training-related expenses and documentation.
Prepare and process all necessary documentation for course certification with the Department of Skill Development.

Requirements

Degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related programs.
Strong skills in VDO editing and content creation.
Familiarity with the Skill Development Promotion Act is a plus.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and document management abilities.
A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate well with others.
Eager to learn and has a strong awareness of safety standards.
