HR Business Partner (Officer level)

• Recruitment: Driving the full recruitment cycle to bring in new talent and support our company's growth. You'll help solve any challenges to ensure we meet our hiring targets. 
• Be a partner: Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on HR policies, disciplinary procedures , and compliance with Thai labor law.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Creating a vibrant workplace by supporting staff activities and internal communication initiatives to boost employee satisfaction. 
• HR Operations: Managing the day-to-day HR needs of the business, including handling the resignation process, conducting exit interviews , and monitoring manpower plans. 
• Safety & Compliance: Upholding our core company values and promoting policies related to quality management, occupational health, and safety. 

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in an HR role. Recent graduates with a strong passion for Human Resources and a demonstrated willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English. 
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. 
• A basic understanding of Thai Labor Law is a plus. 
• Ability to work well under pressure.
