- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers to understand customer’s financial goals in order to create stickiness and cross-selling other product
- Acquire and expand new deposit customer and retail customer to achieve bank target.
- Develop, set up and implement marketing strategies to acquire new potential customers.
- Recommend and execute transactions based on customer’s objective.
- Analyze customer’s current financial situation to provide guidance on saving planning.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year experience in private wealth management, financial advisory service or banking business
- Manage high-net-worth customer relationships and achieving financial target.
- Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present the information clearly.
- Proficiency in financial tools and using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good command of Chinese and English.
