- Development of shrink packaging used in the production both food and non-food product.
- Develop shrink packaging materials, design and function of using with optimal manners in term of Quality and Cost.
- Strong understanding of shelf life, shrink packaging property and the affect packaging and/or packaging systems can have on the outcome of product performance.
- Managed sample making plan and monitor schedules for on time delivery and good quality.
- supervise teams to improve sample making process stability and reliability.
- Train and coach team to fulfil job requirement.
- Coordinate with departments and other job will assigned by report line.
- Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Chemistry and Polymers.
- Minimum of 5 years in shrink packaging development, previous background in applying innovation and technologies related to packaging development projects would be a must.
- Good command in English languages in oral conversations and writing.
- Interpersonal collaboration, communication skill and able to work with others.
- Computer Skills (Microsoft, Excel, etc.)
- Statistical Analysis Skills
- Outstanding time management skills
- Good attitude with strong management and leadership skills
