Mayekawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. was established in 1988 as a sales and service platform for the products of Mayekawa Mfg. Co., Ltd. Currently, we sell industrial refrigeration compressors, provide after-sales service, carry out plant design and installation of refrigeration facilities, and manufacture and sell freezers for frozen foods. In recent years, in the field of poultry industry in Thailand, we are responding to the needs of factory automation with automatic deboning robots.

Mayekawa has succeeded in automating deboning robot technology. Since the development of “TORIDAS”, a fully automatic deboning robot for chicken whole legs, we have developed a lineup of various automatic deboning and bone separation robots “DAS series” that achieve high precision and high yields. Mayekawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is a distributor and service provider of deboning robots for chicken and pork, called DAS series. DAS series robot can debone each bone automatically and precisely. The popular robot is the TORIDAS MK-2, a robot that debones chicken legs automatically. Over 1,500 of TORIDAS units have been installed over 26 countries around the world.

Key responsibilities ;

- Able to perform installation and maintenance work at overseas.
- Inspecting machinery and adjusting according to standards setting.

- Providing consultation to customers when issues arise from machinery usage.
- Meeting with the customer to discuss the work plan for machine installation and maintenance.
- Designing the layout for machine installation using 2D drawings.

- Preparing reports after machinery quality inspections, detailing the issue encountered and the solutions implemented to ensure the machinery operates at maximum efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor degree : Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Gender / Age : Male / age 20 - 25 years old.
skill :
- Good knowledge of mechanical tools
- Excellent in writing and speaking English
- Able to operate computer : Microsoft office
- Ability to read technical drawing (2D/3D)
