Sea Freight Customer Service Manager
ECU WORLDWIDE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.- To collaborate between sales and other department and parties to ensure satisfactory services provided.
- Supervise inbound or outbound freight operations including shift planning, freight loading and unloading, proper documentation and procedure control.
- Responsible for the overall customers services function including annual budget/target setting in order to achieve the objectives of the Company.
- Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads.
- Solve the major operational problems that arise in daily work in a timely manner; analyze and evaluate the work performance of employees in the department and make improvements; provide professional knowledge and skills training for new operators in the company.
- Responsible for communicating with domestic and overseas customer / agent and coordinating shipment matters.
- Age preferably 35-45 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration or other relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarder, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarder, customs clearance, and transport.
- Good communication skills and team management skills
- Possesses skills and understanding in using programs and AI technologies related to job performance.
- Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must.
