To collaborate between sales and other department and parties to ensure satisfactory services provided.
Supervise inbound or outbound freight operations including shift planning, freight loading and unloading, proper documentation and procedure control.
Responsible for the overall customers services function including annual budget/target setting in order to achieve the objectives of the Company.
Plans, prepares, and devises work schedules, according to budgets and workloads.
Solve the major operational problems that arise in daily work in a timely manner; analyze and evaluate the work performance of employees in the department and make improvements; provide professional knowledge and skills training for new operators in the company.
Responsible for communicating with domestic and overseas customer / agent and coordinating shipment matters.
Requirements
Age preferably 28-35 years
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration or other relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarder, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarder, customs clearance, and transport.
Good communication skills and team management skills
Proficiency in English both oral and written is a must.
