Responsibility:
We are seeking a Marketing assistant manager to help develop and coordinate for marketing & product strategy. You will brainstorm ideas to achieve marketing objectives. Perform internal & external activity as well as product knowledge management. In this role, you should be creative and detail oriented. Marketing communication and research skills are essential to this job.
Job Description:
- Plan and Coordinate with the internal and external team on the event and activity, focusing on key messaging, media content, marketing activities, content production, collaboration as well as material & document support.
- Plan and run the CSR each month include physical product, document, activity and report.
- To be responsible for product knowledge & communication eg. Sales Kit, Product features, manual for communication.
- Operational Management about payment, SAP system, documentary, contract and budgeting tracking report.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, product trend and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
- Initiate idea for support Sales team to drive the sales and facilitate customer.
- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
- Measure and optimize the customer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
- Review the product data by translation from another language (eg. Korean, English, China, Vietnam, etc) into Thai in order to use for packaging, printing media, and content management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure success of campaigns / special project assigned as well as suggest idea, work as a team for online and offline marketing.
