Basic Requirements

Full Time

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Depend on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

Develop new accounts
Enhance and nurture existing client relationships
Business growth, revenue generation and improve market share of company services
Encourage satisfied customers to refer new leads
Provide competent support service to prospective customers
Work with technical and design team in coming out with proposal and solutions
Handle bids and tenders
Explore innovative ways to outreach to our targeted prospects
Analyze relevant government regulation and policies, business situation and cycle and other reports that give insight into how a company can make advantage to create business value.
Expand the company’s customer base, generate increased revenue through new business opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, project sales, Building Facility Management , Building management system or construction
Experience in commercial building management systems and energy conservation is an advantage.
Thai nationality or foreigner, male/female, age 25+.
Good presentation skills with a flair for reading customers’ expectation and understand customers’ perspectives
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Highly motivated, tenacious, resourceful, able to work under pressure and targets-oriented
Able to speak and write clear English, additional Mandarin is advantaged.
Preferably with some knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical engineering
University qualification with a minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experiences
Must be a proactive self-starter with can-do attitude; demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
