• Review and ensure the Release document is met the requirement and the shipment is prepared accordingly.
• Performs the main role of DSQR.
• Performs the main role of DQR.
• Raising, managing and monitoring Concession/Deviation Permit part.
• Initiate the problem solving for the quality issue and customer complaints.
• Initiate the problem solving team, participating and ensuring effective containment action and corrective and preventive actions
• are verified and implemented in order to prevent the re-occurrence case.
• Initiate the MRB (Material Review Board) activity, scrap management meeting, analysis of issues assigned and ensuring the RCCA
are followed up and closed on time.
• Create and update the quality documents following a process related change (Inspection plan, Control plan and etc.).
• Participate in reviewing the drawing, specification and customer requirements as per the contract review process.
• Support day to day production requirements within inspection process.
• Provide support, training, coaching and assisting the cross functional team to achieve the quality standard/requirement.
• Complies with applicable HSE legal and other requirements.
• Ensure that standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, affirmative action, disciplinary etc. in
performing assigned duties.
• Assist on customer visits and audits.
• Assist in maintaining an active Quality System.
• Supports development of objectives and targets.
• Support AS9100 and quality management system activities.
• Drive quality management system to align with “Zero Defect” mentality and “Right First time”
• Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering or other related fields.
• At least 3 years working experiences in Quality/ Manufacturing/ Engineering is preferred.
• Experience of working in Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Experience with Aerospace standard and environment is an advantage.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English are required (TOEIC 600 up or equivalent).
• Have knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001.
• Knowledge of various quality system methodologies 8D, Lean, 5 Why’s, Pareto Analysis, Six Sigma, 8-D, PFMEA, PPAP, etc. preferred.
• Able to read, interpret and understand engineering drawing, customer specification and requirement, and other specifications.
• Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and Google applications.
• Good attitude, teamwork, and always have quality and safety mind.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and work well with diverse groups of people.
