Business Analyst

- สัญญาจ้าง 1 ปี (ช่วยงานระบบจัดแฟ้มลูกจ้าง และระบบงานส่งต่อ)
- วิเคราะห์และรวบรวมความต้องการเพื่อพัฒนาระบบธุรกิจและผู้ใช้งานให้สอดคล้องกับแผนกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร
- วิเคราะห์/พิจารณาปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบงาน ขั้นตอนการดำเนินงาน
- ติดตามประเด็นที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง และหาวิธีแก้ไขที่ดีที่สุดเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถดำเนินธุรกิจได้
- จัดทำ Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Software Requirement Specification
- (SRS), System Design Specification (SDS), ผังขั้นตอนธุรกิจ (business process, business flow diagram), และ Product Requirement Document (PRD)
- พัฒนาและออกแบบระบบตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน
- ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับผู้ใช้งานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัทและเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้องอื่น ๆ
- จัดทีมเพื่อรวบรวมกระบวนการทางธุรกิจตามแผนโครงการและดูแลให้โครงการเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา
- จัดการออกแบบกระบวนการ/ขั้นตอนการทำงานให้เหมาะสม มีการควบคุมที่ดีและเป็นไปตามนโยบายของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล
- จัดอบรมลูกค้าเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้แอปพลิเคชันได้
- Analyze and collect requirements to develop business systems & users with related systems to in line with the strategy plan.
- Analyze / consider issues related to the work system, operational procedures, keep track of high risk issues and find the best solution for user to run the business.
- Develop and design the system according to user requirement.
- Advise and solve problem to the user which is in line with company policy and other relevant matters.
- Organize team to gather business process in accordance with plan projects and ensure to achieve projects time line.
- Organize to design process/procedure with proper and good control while must subject to regulatory policy.
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือโทในสาขา MIS, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ไซต์ลูกค้าได้
- พร้อมเรียนรู้ มีทัศนคติแบบ “ทำได้” และมีทักษะมนุษยสัมพันธ์และวิเคราะห์ที่ดี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Analyst โดยเฉพาะระบบงานราชการจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การจัดทำเอกสาร การคิดเชิงตรรกะ และการวิเคราะห์ที่ดีมาก
- บุคลิกดี และสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า
- สามารถประสานงานกับฝ่ายธุรกิจและฝ่ายพัฒนาได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Business Computer, IT, MIS or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Analyst, especially in government system are preferred.
- Not over 40 years old.
- Understand the system development process is preferred.
- Willing to learn, CAN DO attitude and Good in interpersonal and analytical skill.
- Good personality and relate well to customer.
- Able to work at Customer Site (Bangkok and Nonthaburi area).
- Able to co-operate with Business and Development.
- Able to work under pressure.
