Responsibilities

Key Responsbilities

(Project Management)

Effectively manage projects within the defined scope of the Terms of Reference (TOR) and allocated budget.
Develop project plans that align with the TOR’s specified deliverable milestones.
Monitor project progress (Project Tracking) to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
Lead and manage the team effectively, providing constructive feedback and problem-solving guidance.
Prepare deliverable reports in accordance with the TOR, and take a leadership role in presenting deliverables to government clients with accuracy and completeness.
Create project schedules and open Epics in Jira for the project team.
Report project progress or potential issues to relevant stakeholders in advance to mitigate potential risks.
Perform other related duties as assigned, including responsibilities for 3 new development projects and 1 maintenance (MA) project.
Manage resources efficiently, and promptly address any resource shortages.
Oversee all projects on the client’s site and effectively support the Account Manager (AM).

บริหารภายใต้ขอบเขตข้อกำหนด TOR (Term of reference) และงบประมาณที่กำหนดได้เป็นอย่างดี
สร้างแผนการดำเนินโครงการ (Project Plan) ให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดการส่งมอบงานในแต่ละงวดของ TOR
ติดตามความคืบหน้าโครงการ (Project Tracking) เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการส่งมอบโครงการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและทันเวลา
เป็นผู้นำและบริหารทีมงานได้ดี สามารถให้ข้อเสนอแนะ รวมถึงแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับทีมได้
จัดทำรายงานเพื่อส่งมอบงานตามขอบเขตข้อกำหนด และมีความเป็นผู้นำในการนำเสนอการส่งมอบงานกับลูกค้าราชการ ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วนอย่างดี
สร้าง Project Schedule และเปิด Epic ให้ Jira ให้ Project Team
รายงานความคืบหน้าโครงการ หรือประเด็นปัญหาที่อาจจะเกิดให้ฝ่ายทีเกี่ยวข้องรับทราบล่วงหน้า เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น
ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย สำหรับโครงการ New Dev 3 โครงการ และ MA 1 โครงการ
บริหาร Resource ได้เป็นอย่างดี และหากพบปัญหา Resource ไม่เพียงพอ สามารถเร่งดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาได้
ดูแลภาพรวมโครงการทุกโครงการ สำหรับ site ลูกค้า ช่วย AM ได้ เป็นอย่างดี

Risk Management

Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Continuously track and close project risks.
Assess risks arising during project execution and respond promptly to mitigate or close them.
ดำเนินการบริหารความเสี่ยงเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงของโครงการ (Risk Management)
ดำเนินการ tracking และปิดความเสี่ยงอยู่ตลอดเวลา
ประเมินความเสี่ยงจากการดำเนินโครงการ และดำเนินกสารปิดความเสี่ยงได้เร็ว

Business Overview

Conduct requirement analysis and gathering with the client in collaboration with the team.
Understand project details and business context thoroughly.
Propose problem-solving approaches.
Provide alternative solutions for the client.

ดำเนินการศึกษาวิเคราะห์และเก็บ Requirement กับลูกค้า ร่วมกับทีม
ลง Detail โครงการ เข้าใจ Business ของงาน ได้เป็นอย่างดี
นำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา
เสนอทางเลือกให้ลูกค้าได้

Requirements

Qualifications

Thai nationality
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, IT or other related fields
At least 5 years experienced in IT Service operation/implementation or IT Software and Hardware
Experience in Project Management (IT Solution or related fields) including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control
Able to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
Strong leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
Good command of spoken, read, and written English will be considered as an advantage.

มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในด้านการให้บริการหรือการดำเนินงานด้านไอที ทั้งในส่วนของซอฟต์แวร์และฮาร์ดแวร์
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการ (ด้าน IT Solution หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง) รวมถึงการวางแผนโครงการ การบริหารลูกค้า การประกันคุณภาพ การควบคุมทรัพยากรและงบประมาณ
สามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมที่เปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็ว และจัดการกับกำหนดเวลาที่เร่งด่วนได้
มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการนำเสนอทั้งด้านการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดีเยี่ยม
มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
หากสามารถสื่อสาร อ่าน และเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
