Assistant Manager
Sahaphan Digital Scale Co., Ltd.- Operational Oversight: Assist in managing daily departmental operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with company policies, and achievement of performance targets.
- Team Leadership and Supervision: Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff. Provide guidance, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Uphold company standards to ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, and prepare regular reports for senior management. Recommend process improvements where applicable.
- Inventory and Resource Management: Assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels and ensure the availability of necessary resources. Coordinate supply chain or procurement activities as required.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health, safety, legal, and organizational standards. Conduct routine checks to mitigate risk and support a safe working environment.
- Budget and Cost Control: Support the development and monitoring of departmental budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between management and staff, facilitating clear communication and efficient workflow across departments.
- Problem Solving and Decision Making: Assist in identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions in a timely and strategic manner.
- Acting as Manager in Absence: Assume full managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Manager, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role with proven leadership responsibilities
- Intermediate-level English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in speaking, writing, reading, and listening in a professional environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and decision-making ability
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media, or other relevant software tools
