Responsibilities

Payment Processing:

Prepare payments, including initiating wire transfers and other electronic fund transfers.
Ensure all receipts and supporting documents are accurately matched with payment sets for proper record-keeping and audit trail.
Coordinate with relevant departments for payment approval and submission.

Tax Preparation and Submission:

Prepare and submit Withholding Tax (WHT) returns (PND1, PND3, PND53, PND54), ensuring all relevant documents are attached and calculations are accurate.
Reconcile the Withholding Tax returns with the WHT general ledger accounts.
Prepare and submit Value Added Tax (VAT) returns (PP30, PP36), ensuring all relevant documents are attached and calculations are accurate.
Reconcile the VAT returns with the VAT general ledger accounts.
Review and verify all relevant tax-related documents have been properly filed and collected.

Other Duties:

Perform other accounting or finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes related to payments and taxes.
Maintain updated knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, with a specific focus on payment processing, accounts payable, or cash management. Fresh graduates with a strong academic record are welcome.

Knowledge & Skills:

Good understanding of basic accounting principles, especially those related to accounts payable and general ledger.
Solid knowledge of Thai tax regulations, including Withholding Tax (PND1, PND3, PND53, PND54) and Value Added Tax (PP30, PP36) preparation and reconciliation.
