Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will:

- Support customers by identifying their needs and tailoring product solutions.

- Provide technical and engineering information to address customer inquiries.

- Prepare cost estimates by reviewing customer specifications and coordinating with the factory.

- Process and submit orders by collaborating with technical and costing teams.

- Deliver training and technical knowledge to customers' teams.

- Stay up to date by attending workshops, reading industry publications, and engaging in professional communities.

- Contribute to both immediate and long-term sales engineering strategies.

- Use CRM software consistently to manage customer and project information.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project and customer goals.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, Instrumentation, chemical or a related field.

- New graduates are very welcome to apply.

- Excellent communication skills, good command of English (spoken and written) is required.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and project meetings.

- Based in whether Rayong or Bangkok, with weekly travel required.
