Basic Requirements

Full Time

Responsibilities

Record journal entries accurately to ensure proper accounting treatment and financial accuracy
Prepare and review financial reports including balance sheet, profit & loss (P&L), and other relevant accounting records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data

Prepare accrued expenses and ensure completeness of monthly closing transactions

Coordinate and support both internal and external audits, including liaising with auditors, Revenue Department, and Headquarters (HQ)

Prepare and submit all relevant tax documents, including VAT (Value Added Tax) and WHT (Withholding Tax) in compliance with local regulations

Ensure all accounting tasks comply with local accounting standards and company policies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in General Ledger or related accounting functions
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Possession of a valid CPD license (Certified Public Accountant – Thailand) is a plus
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
