1.Participate in the development of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) plans, supervise on-site implementation, and lead the execution of preventive maintenance activities.
2.Respond quickly to production equipment abnormalities, conduct root cause analysis after incidents, and drive continuous improvement actions.
3.Manage energy usage in the production workshop and promote energy-saving initiatives across departments.
4.Participate in line modification projects and the development of technical solutions for workshop environments, utilities (water, electricity, and air systems).
5.Support installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensure progress, evaluate the performance of newly installed machines, and participate in equipment acceptance processes.
6.Support EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) improvement activities and perform PLC control system adjustments.
7.Manage workshop spare parts inventory.
8.Manage and oversee special equipment such as overhead cranes, elevators, lifting cages, and pressure vessels.
