Responsibilities

1. Formulate annual cost KPI targets for the branch factory, manage process indicators, review achievements, manage basic cost control in production sites, and conduct risk control.

2. Audit and monitor branch factory expenses, prepare zero-based budgets for the branch factory, compile monthly provisions, and allocate budgets for various accounts.

3. Conduct operation cleanup, monitor account and physical consistency, oversee material requisition rationality, clear stagnant items, perform monthly inventory checks, and adjust accounts.

4. Compile, analyze, review, and submit cost data reports.

5. Promote special projects such as cost maturity, cost improvement, loss and consumption reduction, and self-made enhancement.
