Responsibilities

ตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ ชิ้นส่วน และอุปกรณ์ที่รับเข้าจากผู้ขายให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของบริษัท
ตรวจสอบเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบส่งของ ใบรับรองคุณภาพ (COC/COA) และสเปกสินค้า
ใช้เครื่องมือวัดและอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างถูกต้อง เช่น เวอร์เนียร์ ไมโครมิเตอร์ เกจต่าง ๆ
บันทึกผลการตรวจสอบและจัดทำรายงานคุณภาพอย่างเป็นระบบ
แยกกัก (Quarantine) วัตถุดิบหรือชิ้นส่วนที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด และประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ติดตามและสนับสนุนการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพจากผู้ขายหรือซัพพลายเออร์
ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบคุณภาพของบริษัท เช่น ISO, IATF หรือมาตรฐานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. / ปวส. / ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น อุตสาหการ เครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพวัตถุดิบหรือชิ้นส่วนขาเข้า (IQC) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สามารถอ่านแบบ (Drawing) และสเปกงานได้
สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดและอุปกรณ์ตรวจสอบคุณภาพได้ เช่น เวอร์เนียร์ ไมโครมิเตอร์ และเกจต่าง ๆ
มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบคุณภาพ เช่น ISO 9001, IATF 16949 หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความรับผิดชอบสูง
สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เช่น Microsoft Office ได้
สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
