-Site/Store visit to understand customer behaviors, demographic, competition, town potential and opportunities in specific catchment and location.
-Coordinate with Merchandise team to develop lay out and identify trade and tenant mix plan.
-Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends
Food Strategy :
-Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes
-Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation
-Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
-Work with branches to initiative new project development and new sales channel
-Identifying threats and opportunities
Data Analysis :
-Define and analyses store performance
-Post opening review to measure store performance against budget
New Business Development :
-F&B innovation initiatives project
-Conduct feasibility study of new business opportunities
-Monitor, contral and analyze project P&L

-มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 4 ปีขึ้นไป สายงานพัฒนาธุรกิจ
-หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจอาหารจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
