Responsibilities
  • Control and manage overall operations of providing food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets under responsibility to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create and update menus.
  • Monitor food trends and customer preferences to adapt the menu as needed.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Create staff schedules, oversee shifts, and ensure proper staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years related experience in management roles (F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager) F&B manager in hotel background will be huge advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with customers and employees.
  • Good command in both English & Thai is a must.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality control and cost control.
  • Knowledge of Sponsorship ,partnership.

About Company

    The Company commenced bowling and karaoke business in 1997 at Sukhumvit with 20 bowling lanes, emphasizing on diversity of services to become complete entertainment complex under the name of “Major Bowl Hit”, provide bowling services in a nature of sports entertainment, which were different from typical form of bowling which emphasized on sports. Major Bowl has a format of blending cosmic bowl with boutique bowl, together with karaoke services to add more options for service users.
