- Control and manage overall operations of providing food, beverage, and service for restaurants and banquets under responsibility to meet customers’ needs and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create and update menus.
- Monitor food trends and customer preferences to adapt the menu as needed.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Create staff schedules, oversee shifts, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Minimum 10 years related experience in management roles (F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager or Operations Manager) F&B manager in hotel background will be huge advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skill with customers and employees.
- Good command in both English & Thai is a must.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
- Knowledge of safety, quality control and cost control.
- Knowledge of Sponsorship ,partnership.
