- Production Preparation and Management for New Electric Component Models (Assembly/Inspection with RMT in-house and external partners)
- Mass production maintenance and SEQCD improvement. (RMT in-house and external partners)
- In-process and post-process defect analysis for electric components.
- Design and improvement of production jigs.
- Management of electric component process setting systems.
- Driving standardization of electric component processes.
- Development of mass production technologies and technical support for EMS sites.
- Development and training of technical personal.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- Have basic knowledge of the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) production process.
- Understand the operating principles of Pick & Place, Laser Marker, Reflow Oven, Screen Printer, SPI, and AOI machines.
- Have an understanding of the PCB process flow.
