PE Supervisor (IoT & Production engineer)

1. (พิจารณาพิเศษ ผู้ที่มีความสามารถเชี่ยวชาญด้าน IoT, AMR, AGV ในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานต์ยนต์)
2. Production Engineer process and Development project
3. Maintain IoT system, AMR ( Autonomous Mobile Robotic) / AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)
4. Process improvement, Reduce difficult jobs, Lay out improvement, New Machine.
5. Process design, FMEA (POKAYOKE) and control plan implementation with APQP team
6. CR Activity, GCI, Budget, Investment follow to Company Policy
7. Main to follow IATF16949, Kaizen , TPS, Monozukuri and GENBA system activities
8. Production plan by Machine Load Manpower Plan in monthly follow target.
9. Monitoring production result and manpower plan management.
10. Analysis for the root cause of production problem and countermeasure in production engineer process

• Bachelor / Master degree for Engineer / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical or a related field.
• Experience 3 - 5 years up in the Supervisor level of Automotive
  / Electronic or any familiar manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of IoT system (Internet of Things system)
• Knowledge of AMR ( Autonomous Mobile Robotic) / AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle)
• Knowledge about Quality system IATF 16949, ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion, TPS, 7QC tools., production,
• Process management, problem solving method, improve MONOZUKURI, GENBA
• Good skill in Manpower management, Project & Budget management, Organizational, KPI Manage.
• Good skill in PLC, AutoCAD, Solid works and interest in design improvement and development
• Good in English language skill and communicate effectivity
• Having TOEIC scores of 500 up will be given special consideration
