Key Responsibilities for sales coordinator:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, manage customer interactions, and ensure seamless coordination between departments. This role is essential for driving efficiency in our operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare sales reports & manage and maintain sales documents and databases (e.g., SAP systems).
Order Management:
- Process customer orders (Make Quotation/ issue order confirmation to customer/ production order to factory) and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse/production teams.
- Handle payment follow-up.
Team Coordination:
- Liaise between sales teams and other departments (e.g., QA, finance, Planning).
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance reports.
