1.Develop strategic plan for IT department. Oversee IT projects, such as IT budgets, standards procedures and overall IT performance. Coordinate between vendors, IT department and all users. Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment and service levels.
2..Define key performance indicators of the department/section
3. Monitor and following up the performance of department or section in complying with business plan.
4. Give recommendation in problems solving, job improvement and development to the subordinate.
5. Coordinating with the related parties to solve the problems of department or section.
6. Presenting the project for developing of work process, equipment’s, etc. to the superior.
7. Preparation of summarized performance report and submit to the superior as well as participating in the meeting to present work performance to the company's executives.
8. Making decision within the scope of responsibilities specified in Authorization Manual.
9. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
10. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
11.Oversee projects and in charge of budgets controlling, work plans and all project management procedures.
12. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
13. Report and escalate to management as needed.
14.Provide functional or technical advice on the implementation of Back-office operation improvement.
