- Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the company.
- Establish policies and develop strategies for accounting and financial functions.
- Manage and continuously develop personnel within the finance department.
- Define and review processes for auditing, reviewing, and verifying financial and accounting data.
- Manage financial risks and plan financial management strategies.
- Design and implement internal control systems.
- Ensure alignment with the parent company’s policies.
1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting and finance.
2. At least 10 years of experience in mid-level management.
3. Can be Thai who work based regularly at the HCMC office or Vietnamese can communicate in Thai.
4. Proficient in English and Vietnamese language proficiency would be advantaged.
5. TOEIC score of 550 or above.
