Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

Collaborating with team to develop and implement robust test plans tailored to garment manufacturing processes.
Contributing to the establishment of quality standards and metrics specific to the garment industry.
Overseeing and executing inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identifying, documenting, and communicating any deviations or defects to relevant teams for corrective action.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the garment manufacturing workflow.
Implementing enhancements to existing QA processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
Conducting training sessions for production teams on QA processes specific to garment manufacturing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
At least 5-10 years of experience in QA function from the Garment & Craftmanship industry is a must.
Familiar with coordinating with a foreign customer.
Strong knowledge of QA including complaint function.
Strong background in MS Office.
High responsibility, works well under pressure and is patient.
Working 6 days/week.
Full working rights for Cambodia.
Good command of English both written and speak.
