Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

1.ดูแลและบริหารจัดการร้านค้าออนไลน์องบริษัทบนแพลตฟอร์มต่าง เช่น Lazada,Shopee,TikTok,Line,Facebook

2.คิดและดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาดบนช่องทางออนไลน์ เช่น การโฆษณาออนไลน์ การไลฟ์ ฯลฯ

3.อัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้า ราคา โปรโมชั่น และภาพสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง

4.ดูแลการตอบแชตลูกค้า รีวิว และบริการหลังการขาย

Requirements

1.ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน E-Commerce หรือ Digital Marketing อย่างน้อย 1 ปี (หากไม่มีประสบการณ์แต่มีความรู้ด้านแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

2.มีความเข้าใจระบบจัดการร้านค้าใน Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop/ Facebook/ และแฟลตฟอร์มอื่นๆ

3.มีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ด้านการบริการลูกค้า และการสื่อสารที่ดี

4.มีระเบียบวินัย และพร้อมปรับตัวกับงานเร่งด่วนหรือการทำงานในวันโปร โมชั่นที่มีเวลาทำงางานยึดหยุ่น
