Responsibilities

ติดต่อลูกค้า: ทั้งลูกค้าเก่าและลูกค้าใหม่ในช่องทาง Traditional Trade/ GT ร้านค้าปลีก/ ร้านยี่ปั๊ว เพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าและสร้างยอดขาย
ให้คำแนะนำ: ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างละเอียดแก่ลูกค้า
บริหารจัดการ: วางแผนการเข้าพบลูกค้า, เตรียมเอกสาร เช่น ใบเสนอราคา และดูแลเรื่องการชำระเงิน
แก้ไขปัญหา: ให้คำแนะนำและช่วยแก้ปัญหาที่ลูกค้าพบเจอ

Requirements

คุณสมบัติ

วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์งานขายร้านยี่ปั๊ว (General Trade หรือ Traditional Trade) อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
หากมีประสบการณ์ในสินค้าอุปโภคบริโภคจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์

ทักษะและความรู้ที่ต้องมี

มุ่งเน้นการให้บริการลูกค้าและผลลัพธ์ทางธุรกิจ
มีทักษะในการวางแผนและการจัดการ
มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการเจรจาต่อรอง
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับจุดขายและแนวคิดการจัดเรียงสินค้า
มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการสั่งซื้อหรือการขาย
มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบการขายและการจัดจำหน่าย รวมถึงกิจกรรมด้านคุณภาพ
