- Ensure strict compliance with production standards and work procedures.
- Manage smooth and efficient production operations under quality and safety control systems, while adapting to daily production volume changes.
- Continuously improve production processes to adapt to environmental changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of Engineering.
- GPA of 2.50 or above.
- Male or Female, age between 21–25 years old.
- At least 1 year of experience in production. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Basic computer literacy.
- Basic knowledge of quality assurance, 5S, Kaizen, safety, and quality management systems.
- Minimum TOEIC score of 450.
