Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, support, conduct audits, and continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards within the company.
- Control, monitor, and coordinate internally and with makers to ensure document control system stability, preventing any operational disruptions.
- Communicate, coordinate, and provide guidance on IATF 16949 requirements, customer requirements, organizational requirements, and implementation methods to relevant departments or sections, ensuring compliance with all standards and driving quality improvement activities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or equivalent in Science with GPA > 2.75.
- Age between 21–28 years old, gender not specified.
- Possess skills and certification as an Internal Auditor for IATF.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
