- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Costing and Fixed Assets
- Provide related closing data timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls for greater efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and develop the accounting staff.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
- Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards & taxation.
- Experience in manufacturing or multinational companies is an advantage
- Experience with Oracle systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
