Responsibilities

Host and present live streaming sessions on TikTok with energy, clarity, and authenticity.
Introduce and demonstrate products (Ari Football, Ari Running, Ari Gear), answer live questions, and encourage purchases during the stream.
Plan content for each live session in coordination with the marketing and sales teams.
Engage with the audience in real time to create a fun and interactive experience.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth live stream (setup, lighting, audio, etc.).
Track and report live stream performance metrics (viewer count, engagement, conversions).
Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate creative ideas to boost viewership and engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in hosting live streams or being on-camera talent (TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, etc.).
Strong communication skills with a lively, confident, and charismatic presence.
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
Ability to adapt tone and style depending on the product and audience.
Knowledge of TikTok platform features, current trends, and algorithm behavior.
Basic knowledge of sales or e-commerce is a plus.
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special event times.
Able to work 6 days per week.
